SHORT BIOGRAPY
Maria Martin currently studies at Tallinn College of Music and Ballet with Prof. Mart Laas. She has won awards at national competitions: 1st prize at "The Best Young Instrumentalist 2024", laureate title at "Festival-Competition for Young String Players" 2023 and 2024, and gained recognition at international competitions "Young Musician Tallinn 2022" (Diploma and a special prize for compulsory piece) and "Kaunas Sonorum" 2017 and 2019 (Diploma). Maria has taken part in various masterclasses including Marko Ylönen, Marcel Johannes Kits, Gleb Pyšniak and participated in International Järvi Academy courses. She has also played as a soloist with several orchestras.
